FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only cater to weddings?
We also offer rentals for engagement parties, corporate events, birthdays, and more. If it’s a celebration, we’re in!
Where are you based—and how far do you travel?
We’re based in North-East Scotland and are happy to provide for events across the UK. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, but we’ll always confirm this upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months ahead, especially for summer weekends. Last-minute? Drop us a message—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What’s included in a mini golf rental?
Our mini golf setup includes 5 themed holes, adult and junior putters, custom signage and plenty of golf balls. We handle setup and pack-down—just bring your competitive spirit!
Can I customise the shot wall or beanbag toss?
Absolutely! We offer personalised signage, colour themes, and even branded props. Let us know your vibe and we’ll tailor it to match.
Are your games suitable for outdoor use?
Yes—most of our entertainment items are weather-resistant. We would advise making sure your venue can accommodate an indoor set up incase it is required, rather than relying on the weather forecast though!
Can I design my own table plan?
Yes! You can send us your design, or we’ll create one for you. We offer statement sail board designs, printed vinyl and cut acrylic. We are happy to talk through the possibilities and find a design that suits your vision.
What’s the difference between display boards and table plans?
Display boards are decorative pieces for signage, welcome messages, or photo displays. Table plans are functional layouts showing guest seating—often styled to match your theme.
Do you offer packages for display items?
We do—bundles often include display boards, table plans, and centrepieces. A bundle discount will be applied depending on how many features you wish to hire.
Do you deliver and set up the items?
Yes—delivery, setup, and collection are all part of the service. We’ll coordinate with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also offer a “dry hire” service for a reduced fee for those able to handle set up themselves.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Minor wear is covered, but significant damage may incur a replacement fee. We’ll always be fair and transparent.
How long is the rental period?
Typically, rentals are for the day of your event. Extended hire is available—just let us know your schedule.
